Spurs stop Clippers for 10th win in a row

Gary Neal hit go-ahead 3-pointers in regulation and overtime, Tony Parker scored 30 points and the visiting San Antonio Spurs held off the Los Angeles Clippers 103-100 on Saturday to earn their NBA-leading 10th win in a row.

Blake Griffin had 22 points and 20 rebounds for the Clippers.

Nets 97, Bulls 85 • Deron Williams scored 29 points, Kris Humphries had 24 points and 18 rebounds, and visiting New Jersey dominated Chicago to snap an eight-game losing streak.

Carlos Boozer and Mike James each scored 16 points for the Bulls, who played their fifth consecutive game without point guard Derrick Rose (back pain).

ESPN apologizes for offensive headline • ESPN apologized for using a racial slur in a headline for a story on Jeremy Lin, the NBA's first American-born player of Chinese or Taiwanese descent who had sparked a seven-game winning streak for the Knicks.

ESPN ran the headline "Chink in the Armor" after Lin had nine turnovers in New York's loss to the New Orleans Hornets on Friday night on its mobile website. The headline could be seen on phones and tablet computers.

ESPN said in a statement it removed the headline 35 minutes after it was posted.

Lopez to play Sunday • New Jersey coach Avery Johnson said center Brook Lopez, the Nets' leading scorer last season, will start Sunday after missing the first 32 games with a broken right foot.

Rockets' Hill injures knee • Houston forward Jordan Hill, who is averaging 5 points and 4.9 rebounds a game, sprained the medial collateral ligament in his right knee in practice and is expected to miss at least two weeks, the team said.
