Hillsboro subdivision home sales to benefit Pony Bird

For every home sold throughout 2011 in the Hawk Pointe subdivision in Hillsboro, K.A.B. Homes owners Larry and Lisa Barnes will donate $1,000 to the Pony Bird Inc. charitable organization.

Pony Bird Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides residential, recreational, educational and adult day programming services to nonambulatory individuals with profound to severe physical disabilities, as well as profound to severe mental disabilities.

K.A.B. Construction Company has been in business since 1985. Homes in Hawk Pointe subdivision start at $114,900 and range in size from just over 1,000 square feet to more than 2,100 square feet.

Hawk Pointe is located at the intersection of Route 21 and Route BB.
