Reed said he will not back down
“No veteran should come home and be homeless,” said Yusef Scoggin, director of the St. Louis County Department of Human Services.
It’s the latest political salvo in the Democratic Primary race for the St. Louis Board of Aldermen.
And another man was paid to canvass by both candidates.
